SCHUYLERVILLE - Schuylerville racked up 10 touchdowns as they rolled to a 64-8 Class C North victory over Stillwater.
Junior quarterback Austin Bateman passed for three touchdowns and ran for two more to power the undefeated Black Horses. Bateman finished with 110 yards passing and 78 rushing.
Brad Lyon rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown and caught a 48-yard scoring pass from Bateman. Steve Backus caught the other two touchdown passes, and added a scoring run later.
Jon Zakrzewski returned an interception 40 yards for another Schuylerville score.
Stillwater, which was missing seven starters, got 70 rushing yards and a touchdown from Jake Izzo.

Bishop Gibbons 38, Fort Edward 28
FORT EDWARD -- Tyler Carpenter and Ray Cummings both scored two touchdowns, but Fort Edward came up short in a loss to Bishop Gibbons.
Derrick Pitts finished with 182 yards and three touchdowns on 24 carries to lead the Golden Knights, including an 80-yard touchdown sprint in game's closing seconds.
The game turned in the final seconds of the first half, when Gibbons scored a field goal, recovered the onsides kick, then scored on a 35-yard pass from Pitts to Jordan LaFontaine. Those 10 points cut Fort Edward's lead to 20-17 at halftime.
Gibbons took the lead for good in the fourth quarter, 31-28, after a Forts fumble deep in Knights' territory led to Joe Sise's 1-yard touchdown run.
Carpenter rushed for 122 yards and Bob Phillips added 113 on the ground for the Flying Forts, who outrushed Gibbons 308-198.

SOUTH GLENS FALLS -- Paul Layton rushed for 141 yards and four touchdowns to power Burnt Hills to a Class A Northwest shutout of South Glens Falls.
Layton also connected with Keaton Flint on an 88-yard touchdown pass to put the Spartans on the board.
Layton scored on runs of 51, 6, 49 and 20 yards.
The Bulldogs were held to 86 yards rushing and 62 yards passing.
