Thomas J. Smith - May 1, 2004 

Thomas J. Smith, 62, of Liverpool passed away May 1, 2004, surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer. Thomas is survived by his wife Joy; his son, Dan (Becky) Smith of Liverpool; three daughters: Michelle (Dan) Larkin, Karen Faraone and Julie (Jim) Cassidy, all of Saratoga Springs; five grandchildren: Jeremy, Destiny, Shane, Erica and Paul; one sister, Joanne (Nick) Wargo of Rochester; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2004, with a service to follow at Maurer Funeral Home, 300 Second St., Liverpool. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons Ave., E. Syracuse, NY 13057.
