Zion National Park

~ Angel's Landing ~

Climbing this is the way we spent much of my birthday in 2003.

The trail, which runs along the narrow spine you see, is 5 miles long and has a 1500 foot elevation change.

Those sheer walls drop 2000 feet straight down.

There is a heck of a view from the top though.

Actually, Michelle and Erica went only part of the way. Shane and I however, made the whole hike.
