CORINTH DEFENSE TEAM VICTORS OVER SHENENDAHOWA Corinth's legal defense team won the child neglect case against Shenandoah's prosecution team during round one of the New York State Mock Trial Tournament on February 24, at the Saratoga County Court House in Ballston Spa. The Honorable Judge Thomas Nolan presided in this case and found the defendant not guilty of endangering the welfare of a child; a misdemeanor in New York State. The Corinth legal defense team included student attorneys Andrew Hays, Steve Duell, and Rhonda LaFave, who did an outstanding job questioning witnesses with excellent technique and persuasion. Witnesses included Kristen Browne, Chris Walsh, and Amy Costantmo, who did an excellent job of answering questions according to their affidavits. At the end of the trial that evening, the Judge made mention at how impressed he was. with the preparation by Corinth's team and that A was evident that they had worked very hard.
