Our Grandfather
Charles Joseph Larkin
Circa 1920

We were told [this photo] was taken in Belfast. It's of Cecelia, Charles, and Cecelia's sister and best friend Margaret. Margaret had a ticket on the [R.M.S.] Carmania with Charles and Cecelia but backed out at the last minute. This information comes from her daughters.

My Dad

Francis Ignatius Larkin

(7/22/1926-2/2002)

My father was a tool maker who spent his retirement days volunteering. He was an extremely sensitive man who enjoyed visiting hospitals and nursing homes. He spent time with elderly shut-ins and does Meals-on-Wheels. He also volunteered at our local food bank and was very active at our local Senior Center. He provided rides for elderly folks who no longer drove and was an admirable man.
